We maintain a constant contact with the onsite management throughout the project. We realize that we are guests on your property and conduct ourselves as such.
   We provide a dedicated full-time superintendent for your project who will oversee all aspects of the work and will provide advance notice to management so that your residents can be alerted 48 hours before work will be performed on their building.
   A cell phone and pager number will be provided to management so that they may contact our management team 24 hours a day in case of emergency.
